MAROC BUREAU offers a five-year warranty on all products.

This covers repair or replacement for all furnishings found to be defective by our assembly technicians.

This service is available to clients Monday to Friday, by simply calling the company account representative.

All requests are quickly transferred to the customer service department, who will dispatch technicians to the site within 24 hours.

An assessment is carried out on-site, to analyze treatment options:

• On-site intervention
• Return to factory for repair
• Preparation of factory solution + on-site solution.

Replacement furniture will be provided and installed at the client’s space in the case of factory return for defective furniture.

The warranty covers new replacements of elements or articles recognized as defective. The replaced elements will be provided to MAROC BUREAU for technical examination.
